intermediate-level care to patients transitioning from the
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to general medical-surgical units.
Administer and manage medications, including IV drips,
anticoagulants, and pain management protocols. Collaborate with
physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare
professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Operate and manage medical equipment such as telemetry monitors,
infusion pumps, and oxygen therapy devices. Qualifications: WA
Registered Nurse license BLS and ACLS required Progressive Care
