PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care
for a travel nursing job in Yakima, Washington. Job Description &
Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline:
RN Start Date: 07/28/2025 Duration: 15 weeks 36 hours per week
Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel 439623 General
Information: Beds: 15 bed Level III NICU Peds: 16 rooms, 33 beds
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes, only with significant
NICU experience Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience?
No, 3-5 years Patient Types: NICU 26 weeks gest and higher. Bubble
CPAP, Ventilator, no oscillators. Peds HFNC, RSV, respiratory
issues, post-op minor surgeries, fractures, eat sleep console (ESC)
NICU 1:1-3 (dependent on acuity ) Peds 1:3-4 (dependent on acuity)
NICU: BLS, NRP Peds: BLS, PALS Tele Exam required? No NICU: Good IV
Skills, assist with central lines (UAC, PICC, UVC), vent
experience, NAS care (eat, sleep, console treatment and morphine
wean) Familiarity with: Bubble CPAP, High flow, nasal cannula, and
neo puff. PEDS: PEDS skills required section for travelers. ESC
care (eat, sleep, console treatment and morphine wean).Familiarity
with: High flow nasal cannula. DKA, Antibiotics,, Post-op care TA,
APPY, ORTHO, Blood transfusion, IVIG infusion, IV skills helpful,
but not necessary, bilingual a plus, but not essential. Good
