Job Description:
RN leadership opportunity at Roanoke Memorial Hospital with
sign-on bonus and relocation allowance for qualified
candidates.
Join the 24-bed Cardiac PCU, a specialized Progressive Care Unit
for cardiac and medical-cardiology patients, including those with
MI, hypertensive crisis, arrhythmias, CHF, and post-procedural
care.
Must be critical care trained, with ACLS within the first year;
tailored orientation provided.
The RN Team Lead acts as a role model, coach, and clinical
resource, overseeing patient care, staff development, scheduling,
and fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
Requirements include RN licensure in Virginia, 1-2 years clinical
and leadership experience, CPR, ACLS/PALS certifications, and
proficiency with electronic medical records.
Night shift position with weekend and holiday rotation. Apply to
