Duration: 3+ months
Location: Kennewick Washington 99336 United States , Tri-Cities Area (Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco, WA)
Position: Phlebotomist
Shift : 7AM to 5:30 PM
The successful candidate must be willing and available to float between our Kennewick, Richland, and Pasco locations based on scheduling and operational needs.

As a Float Phlebotomist , your responsibilities:

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in blood collection. This position involves working in a busy Patient Service Center (PSC) environment and requires a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture procedures efficiently and with minimal patient discomfort
See and manage approximately 30 patients per day, depending on the PSC location
Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced setting
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and processing of specimens
Provide services to a diverse patient population, including geriatrics and pediatrics - prior experience with both is highly preferred
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and infection control protocols

Work Environment:The role is based in a PSC setting
Locations may vary and include Kennewick or other nearby PSCs
Phlebotomists will spend a significant portion of the day standing while performing blood draws

Training:Initial training will be provided at a PSC location, primarily in Kennewick or another nearby site

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20/hr to $21.35/hr.


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
