Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: --- 12 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 22 months of
Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any
number of months. --- 12 months of travel experience is required
from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a
Washington license or compact license (required for submission).
--- This role will require floating to multiple units --- Local &
travel allowed. Candidates living Pre-employment modules may be
required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health
documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding
process. Additional Details: All positions at Providence Health &
Services require that any and all lab items requested during
onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no
exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to
go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure
to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by
the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of
relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years If you
have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to
complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to
the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only) Is on-call
required: No Every other weekend required Are block schedules
required: Yes Special requirements: Positions will be support day
shift. These positions are to open 12 additional Acute Care
(Med/Surg/Tele/Progressive) beds on 3OP. They will support 96 open
positions on 7 Adult Inpatient Units so our Resource RNs can staff
the new unit beds until we can hire RNs for the unit. Are 48 hours
approved: Yes Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before
submitting as traveler BLS, ACLS - Must be AHA (Instructor,
Provider, or RQI) or "Heart&Stroke" certification from Canadian
Heart & Stroke Foundation only. Details: --- AUTO OFFER - NO
INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this
facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager
if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this
position. All time off requests must be submitted at application.
Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly
upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require
a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the
