About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiac Acute Care RN Resident at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our cardiac acute care program.Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiac care practices and technologies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.Preferred Qualifications
