About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As an RN Resident in our Oncology department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in oncology care.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of safety.Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
