• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS, BLS and TEE required
• 250 - 300 cases per year
• Cardiac provider need experience with CABG (on & off pump), valve procedures, thoracic, vascular etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
