About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical surgical unit.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
