About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
