Job Description:
*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical
Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have
experience in urgent care, airway management, hospice care,
critical care, and be proficient in handling vital signs and
administering inhalation treatments. Experience with Epic software,
neonatal ventilators, teaching hospitals, and memory care is a
plus.*Responsibilities*- Provide direct patient care under the
supervision of a registered nurse or physician- Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers-
Monitor and record patient vital signs- Assist with patient
assessments and care planning- Collaborate with the healthcare team
to ensure quality patient care- Educate patients and their families
on healthcare procedures and treatments*Requirements*- Valid LPN
license in the state of practice- CPR certification- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment- Experience with Epic software is preferred-
Knowledge of neonatal ventilators is a plus- Previous experience in
a teaching hospital or memory care facility is advantageousJob
