VCA Animal Medical Center is expanding its Patient Care Team and seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician!VCA Animal Medical Center, we help pets live long, healthy and happy lives. Our leadership team invests in each team member and we know that youve worked hard for your credentialing.Assist doctors with exams, treatments and procedures.Venipuncture and IVC placementAdminister SQ fluids, medications, etc.Work in conjunction with all technical staff across the hospital to ensure hospitalized patients are receiving the best possible care and communicating frequently with the team.Recognize subtle change in clinical status.Discharge instructions with clients when they are able to bring their furry family member back home with them.Complete estimates, basic record keeping.Surgical preparation and assisting.Anesthesia monitoring.Dentistry.Schedule: Full-time opportunities available, with flexible scheduling.Compensation: Starting at $22 - 24 / hour.
