*RN Resident - 8RP Cardiac Unit Up to $9,000 Hiring Bonus*


Kadlec is offering a $15,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care expeirence and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment

*Shift Details* : Full Time, 36 Hours Per Week, 12 hour variable shifts. Shifts include weekends.


*Qualifications:*


*Required Qualifications*




* Nursing degree/diploma upon hire required


* All Registered Nurses without a Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) degree or higher must obtain a BSN within 3 years from date of hire required


* Active Washington State RN licensure required or in process


* Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required within 90 days


* Completed pre-licensure nursing program typically within the last 12 months and/or less than 12 months of direct patient care experience required.



*Preferred Qualifications:*




* Bachelors of Nursing degree (BSN) preferred.


* Certification in related specialty area preferred.
