Manage projects to ensure continuous quality improvement to reduce cost and maximize productivity. Effectively encourage and facilitate new and innovative thinking. Control stores inventory and provide support to capital projects.Key Responsibilities

• Sets direction and mandate for Maintenance Departments in promotion and support of BRC auditing in promoting product safety, legality, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Leads Maintenance Management Team to deliver site equipment reliability, including maintenance planning, mechanical, electrical, boiler and refrigeration departments.
• Member of the Plant Leadership Team. Inputs to overall direction of plant and policy.--
• Coaches Maintenance Leadership Team on World Class Maintenance systems and processes.-- Advises, facilitates interpersonal skills and communication.
• Develops organizational structure and resources to deliver effective and efficient team direction and rapid decision making.
