As an Advanced Reactor Fuel Projects Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Manufacturing Business Line in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:Leading long term changes at the Richland Manufacturing facility in the advanced reactor fuel market. - As a Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team at the leading fuel manufacturing site in the US and part of a long term clean energy strategy. -You will develop, maintain and lead a long term vision that best integrates contracted and potential new business related to advanced reactor fuels including HALEU with the ongoing operations at the site. - Be instrumental in challenging/validating business strategies as they relate to the Richland site and forecasting and optimizing resources needed to support these new product line efforts. - Reports directly to the HRR Site Manager. - -This position requires occasional travel. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.Your Total Rewards PackageThe range of base salary for the position is between $140,000 - $190,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
