United Energy Workers is a leading provider of in-home healthcare services for former energy workers. We are growing and looking to add an Area Director to our team. An ideal candidate for area director with our company would be an individual who possesses the following traits/abilities:-Ability to effectively oversee offices in assigned region: Washington and Idaho-Ability to effectively manage and evaluate the performance of Clinical Managers (1), Regional Office Manager (1) and Patient Services Coordinator (2).-Ensure their regions compliance for Licensure and State Survey requirements.-Monitor and track utilization of patient services to present to leadership.-Ability to work closely and in collaboration with all staff at respective locations to ensure best workplace performance and growth.-Attend public resource and outreach events in the community with Outreach Representatives.-Create presentations for upper management and formalized trainings and orientation for staff.*Qualifications:*1. 2 years+ work experience in the home health care industry in a management or administrative position.2. Good organizational and time management skills working in multiple territories and on the road at times.3. Current (RN) Licensure in good standing.4. Experience overseeing a P&L, Budget, and agency KPIs.5. Ability to report and present to the executive level.6. Good working knowledge of computer and applications necessary to complete job (EMR, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point Presentations).7. Must pass a criminal background check.8. Ability to travel as needed Up to 40%.9.
