High growth opportunities to make a differenceMulti-Site Continuous Improvement Manager, Pasco WAHugeopportunity to Partner on CI over (3) manufacturing sites to deliver big impacts and make a difference.Must have: Keen attention to detail, great communicator, great attitude and ability to flex your style and connect with diverse groups.Solid command of common methods to define problems and identify gaps.Track record of quantifiable results and ability to gather data, design solutions, implement improvements, measure results, and sustain the practicesChallenge the status quo and existing processesto identify and validate areas of opportunity for high impactDevelop a pipeline of Focused Improvement plans and execute to drive cost savingsManage capital and process improvement projects to ensure desired results within budget time and costCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain commitments by evaluating financial and operational impactDeliver increasing efficiency while minimizing cost and maximizing resource utilizationStrong organization/administration
project management skills.Comfortable sharing opinions and recommendations. Must be Self-motivated and self-directed, with a high sense of urgencyAbility to travel 15-20% as needed in a smaller regional areaQualifications BS Degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, Operations or related field5+ Years of operations experiencesuch as: Continuous Improvement,QA Supervisor or Manager, Production Supervisor or Manager, Sanitation orOperationsin Food, Dairy, Beverage or CPG Manufacturing environment with strong command of plant processesLean Six Sigma Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Black Belt, Master Belt, Kaizen Facilitator or SCRUM Master are all a large plus!Bilingual is also a plus!Competitive compensation, comprehensive high value benefits and relocation assistance provided.
