This is an entry level position based in our Moses Lake, WA location. Industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.The perfect applicant will be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage and develop the membership sales pipeline.Schedule appointments with potential new members.Meet with prospects to discuss their fitness goals and deliver a sales presentation.Establish and maintain a positive presence in the local community.Help maintain a clean and inviting environment for members.Develop and nurture relationships with prospective members through outreach calls, appointment setting, and club tours.Manage facility operations to include maintaining standards, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.Be an ambassador of the Anytime Fitness brand.Experience & Qualifications:Sales & management experience is a plus but not required.Passion for health and helping others.Ability to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales goals.Self-motivated and hard working.Strong leadership ability.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task.Exceptional customer service skills.Comfortable with local, community-based networking.Compensation and Schedule:Compensation will include base earnings plus commission and bonus potential. Total earnings will range from $33,000 to $38,000 annually.Staff hours are Monday-Thursday from 10am-7pm and Fridays from 10am-5pm.
