Applicants that meet qualifications will receive a text with some additional questions from our Modern Hire system!Shift Details: Full time, 1.0, Day ShiftQualifications:Minimum Requirements:Graduation from an accredited nursing programBachelors degree in nursing or higher is required or if in progress it must be completed within three (3) years from date of hire into the positionCurrent WA State RN Licensure5 years recent acute care or ambulatory RN experiencePreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree2 years performance improvement process experience2 years experience working with The Joint Commission standards, DOH regulations and complianceProject and/or team facilitation, adult education and policy development and analysisSoftware applications experience, which includes Word Processing, Excel, and AccessBi-lingual or multi-lingual skillsDuties include, but are not limited to, the following:As a Regulatory Readiness Program Manager you will assist in preparation for various regulatory surveys; Remains responsible for monitoring standards compliance for the hospital and clinics in alignment with health-care accreditation and non-financial regulatory requirements for the hospitals and clinics covered under licensure; Effectively communicates necessary information to appropriate department leaders and staff and recommends actions to maintain or exceed compliance with standards; Facilitates and collaborates with departmental leaders in assessing standards compliance in their areas of responsibility and ensuring action plans are in place for areas of focus or areas identified as non-compliant without assuming ownership of those action plans; Organizes the survey readiness framework and site visit preparations related to any survey or accreditation process; and acts as a resource to operational leaders and is content expert in areas of standards and regulations.Demonstrate and sustains compliance with the Caregiver Expectations and Code of ConductManage regulatory survey process and necessary follow up itemsLead organization in on going regulatory preparation and continual readinessLead Regulatory Readiness CommitteeOrganize ongoing readiness tracer programCollaborate with key leaders to ensure regulatory complianceDefine problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws conclusionsWork closely with the clinical teams to assist with changes in practice to meet regulatory complianceAssure the completeness, accuracy and integrity of communicated data and standards compliancePrepare narrative reports and graphic presentations as scheduled or requestedPresent proposals and recommendations to Administration and ManagementLead and/or participates on Performance Improvement Teams in support of the goal of improved patient carePrepare, maintains and monitors a variety of records, reports, statistics and files related to the assigned activitiesCollaborate in development and provides ongoing assessment of quality improvement projects in coordination with the healthcare teamCreate reports and presentations that are meaningful to the intended audienceApply Performance Improvement tools to drive improvementWe offer comprehensive, best-in-class benefits to our caregivers.
