If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Engineer! - This Senior Project Engineer (Shop Lead) opportunity is going to be an on-site position- based in our Richland, Washington office Your Day to Day:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the machining and fabrication of work pieces. Maintain the fabrication shop and all of its equipment in good working order. -
• Develop, initiate, coordinate and enforce work group policies.
• Review workload, set priorities and plan daily shop activities.
• Annually inspect and document the results of all lifting and rigging equipment.
• Provide forklift training to all designated personnel. Maintain records of qualification.
• Control cost/budget parameters and schedules.
• Make and/or oversee repairs to field use service equipment.
• Work with the planning group and engineering to schedule production and maximize the utilization of resources.
• Ensure safe work practices and safety is adhered to under all areas of responsibility.
• Purchase parts, pieces and or material as required for on and/or offsite projects.
• Lead site teams in the deployment and completion of chemical decontamination projects at customer sites Who You Are:
  • BS Engineering or Equivalent Experience with minimum 5 Years Leading Shop Facilities/Maintenance Activities
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience required
    • Veteran/Prior Military Experience Preferred
    • Must be willing to travel up to to 50% including overseas travel
