Candidates should be prepared to contribute positively to the educational experience and assist with behavioral support when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional support to teachers in the classroom. Assist students individually or in small groups, adapting to diverse learning needs. Support behavioral interventions and help maintain a positive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational strategies. Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress. Qualifications: Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is required. Ability to work with a wide age range of students. Experience with behavioral support is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to manage varying caseloads and schedules during the school year. Location and Schedule: Position located in Walla Walla, WA. Full-time, 32.5 to 35 hours per week.
