An outstanding short-term acute care hospital system seeks a Nurse Director New Residency Clinical Education to join their experienced administration team in beautiful, serene Washington State! -Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director New Residency Clinical Education will oversee a brand-new New Residency program for two campuses. The Nurse Director New Residency Clinical Education will have the opportunity to build the New Residency program from scratch.The Nurse Director New Residency Clinical Education will develop and coordinate effective new nurse residency programs at each hospital.
