Our CAREGivers provide care and services on a daily basis. This office-based role will support the meaningful work of our CAREGivers and in recruiting others to become and serve as Caregivers. Reporting to the Operations Manger, the Front Office Coordinator sets the tone for Caregivers, Clients, and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude of caring - in-person, on the phone, or online - via many different touch points. The Front Office Coordinator will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties that support CAREGivers in their service to clients, such as but not limited to:

  • Represent Home Instead by greeting our guests: in person, on the phone, and online messages
  • Complete administrative and compliance duties to in support of office staff colleagues as assigned
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (week nights and occasional weekend or holiday per rotation) and
  • Perform in-person introductions to CAREGivers and clients, or provide hands-on care to clients when required.This is an in-person opportunity and not a hybrid or remote work role. Education/Experience Requirements:
    • High school graduation or the equivalent.
    • Experience in home care, health care, social services, or a senior-related industry preferred.
    • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
    • Have a passion for seniors or caregiving for others.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to demonstrate &ldquoCAREGiver-first&rdquo prioritization of activities.
    • Must have 1 year in an office environment or applicable experience such as ability to type and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with high call volume.
    • Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
