EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY:

Job Purpose:
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions.

Duties & Experience Required:

Excel
Quickbooks
Quarterly and Yearly Taxes
Payroll and bookkeeping
Faxing/multi-phone usage/computer knowledge
Able to function in a very busy environment, with interruptions
Be customer service oriented
Be able to keep confidential information private
Have or willing to obtain Notary stamp
Willing and able to sign a 3-year no-compete agreement and confidentiality agreement
Be able to assist owners with carrying out rules, notes, etc., procedures.
Knowledge of L&I filings is a huge asset (willing to train the right candidate).
Knowledge and willingness to handle collections procedures.
Assist with disciplinary actions and enforcing rules and reporting.
Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:

* Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

* Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

* Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

* Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

* Maintains historical records by filing documents.

* Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

* Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
