Driver
under general supervision, transports tanker trucks locally between vendors and our Richland facility and then offloads at our location. A successful applicant will be responsible for working safely and efficiently as possible in our continuous operation laboratory.Core Responsibilities/Essential Functions:--- Collect and deliver raw potato starch slurry from potato processing facilities in truck/tanker in Oregon/Washington.--- Safe loading/unloading of slurry.--- Adhere to all CDL requirements and statutes.--- Adhere to all roadway laws and regulations.--- Testing of product for baume/ph & fiber test.--- Ensuring equipment is pre/post trip checked daily.--- Recording of miles traveled during shift.--- Fuel equipment, as needed.--- Perform scheduled monthly training by the due date.--- Perform monthly cleaning and maintenance of equipment.--- Ability to drive in all types of weather.Qualified candidates will have:Position type and expected work hours: Associate, Workdays: Friday through Tuesday. Hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.Education and experience:--- High school diploma or equivalent required.--- Current CDL with tanker endorsement.--- 2 years driving of CMV and 1 year tanker experienceRelocation Available?
